Richard Olivo has been a cornerstone of ATCO’s field operations for over eight years. A Bay Area native who grew up in the East Bay, Richard brings deep local knowledge and an unwavering commitment to doing things right — every time.
Eight Years of Service
“I didn’t plan on pest control,” Richard admits with a laugh. “But once I started, I realized how much there was to learn — and how much of a difference you can make for a family when you actually solve their problem.” Eight years later, that curiosity has made him one of ATCO’s most experienced and trusted field technicians.
His Specialties
Richard specializes in rodent control and general pest management. He’s developed a reputation for thoroughness — never leaving a job until he’s confident that the source of the problem has been identified and addressed.
“I always tell customers: I’m not just here to deal with what you’re seeing. I want to find out why it’s happening, so it doesn’t keep happening.” That approach — rooted in ATCO’s D.I.R.T. framework of Detect, Inspect, Recommend, Treat — is what keeps his customers coming back year after year.
Community-Minded
Richard is a youth soccer coach on weekends and is involved in his local neighborhood association. He cares deeply about the communities where he works and takes seriously the responsibility of applying treatments safely and responsibly around families, pets, and the environment.
