Every month at ATCO, we take a moment to recognize the people who make our mission possible: the licensed field technicians who show up every day — in the rain, the heat, under crawlspaces, and in attics — to protect Bay Area homes and families from pests.
The Work Behind the Work
What customers see is a technician arriving at their door with a friendly attitude and a bag of tools. What they don’t see is what goes into becoming an ATCO technician: licensing, continuing education, training in IPM principles and application safety, and hands-on experience that builds over months and years of service.
California requires pest control technicians to pass state licensing exams and maintain continuing education credits. ATCO’s technicians go beyond the minimums — we invest in additional training, manufacturer certifications, and regular team meetings to share field knowledge and new techniques.
Diamond Certified, Every Day
ATCO’s Diamond Certified status is maintained through independent customer satisfaction surveys. That status is only possible because of the field team — the people who actually deliver the service. Every positive review, every satisfied customer, every repeat client is a reflection of what our technicians do in the field every day.
Thank You
To every ATCO technician across the Bay Area, Sonoma County, and Marin County: thank you for showing up with knowledge, professionalism, and care. You are what makes ATCO different. We are proud of the work you do and grateful for the trust our customers place in us because of you.
